Mr. Jason Jia, co-founder of Unfold, has over 15 years of immigration law practice experience. He understands the challenges faced by immigration attorneys, so Unfold was created to address these pain points and streamline the legal process.

4. Who should I talk to if I have technical questions when using Unfold?

Mr. Henry Huang! Henry is our product lead at Unfold. Since our first drafting product was launched this February, he has conducted over 100 demos with firms of different sizes across the country. He also works closely with the tech team to help them understand client needs and optimize our products.

5. How will you use my data?

1. Transparency and Consent are top priorities.

Data Usage: We only use client data provided to us for the functionalities that are prominently displayed in the product.

Data Sharing: We don’t share client data with any 3rd party Vendor

Data Access: Provide clients with access to their data and the ability to modify or delete it as needed.

User Consent: We also obtain explicit consent from users before collecting and processing their data, via easy-to-understand term and service information.
